WordSwell Writing, LLC is a writing coaching service and subscription service. We help writers plan their books or revision, and stay accountable to their writing plans. This includes scheduled meetings, page reviews and feedback.

We do not write or edit books for our clients, nor do we publish or help writers plan their publication or marketing. Any opinions we give regarding editing or publishing are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.

Privacy Policy

We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent. We process your information only when we have a valid legal reason to do so.

We may share information in specific situations and with specific categories of third parties.

We have organizational and technical processes and procedures in place to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.

Depending on where you are located geographically, the applicable privacy law may mean you have certain rights regarding your personal information.

The easiest way to exercise your rights is by contacting us. We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Intellectual Property Ownership: All intellectual property and related material, including any trade secrets, moral rights, goodwill, relevant registrations or applications for registration, and rights in any patent, copyright, trademark, trade dress, industrial design and trade name (the "Intellectual Property") that is developed or produced by employees working WordSwell Writing, LLC is the sole property of WordSwell Writing, LLC. It may not be shared or disseminated without attribution or compensation to WordSwell Writing, LLC. Please contact us before sharing the blog posts or materials on our website.

WordSwell Writing may not use the Intellectual Property of their clients for any purpose other than that contracted for in their signed Agreement except with the written consent of the Client. The use of the Intellectual Property by the Client will not be restricted in any manner and WordSwell Writing, LLC will be responsible for any and all damages resulting from the unauthorized use of the Intellectual Property.

Payment policy terms: 

Payment made by agreed-upon payment options before the start of the first session, and by additional invoice due dates. Failure to pay on time will result in termination of coaching services. The Client and Contractor will agree upon terms of service (frequency, time period, services rendered) before the first payment or first session. 

• A deposit of $150.00 (the "Deposit") is payable by the Client upon execution of this Agreement.

• For the remaining amount, the Contractor will invoice the Client every month.

• Invoices submitted by the Contractor to the Client are due within 30 days of receipt.

• The Compensation as stated in this Agreement does not include sales tax, or other applicable duties as may be required by law. Any sales tax and duties required by law will be charged to the Client in addition to the Compensation.

• Interest payable on any overdue amounts under this Agreement is charged at a rate of 20% per annum or at the maximum rate enforceable under applicable legislation, whichever is lower.

Refund Policy: 

Sometimes life gets in the way. You're busy or sick or traveling. Maybe you are not satisfied with the services, because it isn't what you expected or maybe we just don't work as well together as we hoped. If any of these things are causing you to re-think your coaching please communicate with us! We strive for fair and equitable treatment in all areas of our lives and that won't change here either. If you talk to us about what's going on we can try to find a solution that suits your needs. Please keep in mind sometimes it's not possible. The time limits on the packages are set for your benefit as well as ours, and we cannot always accommodate changes but will do our best. If a refund is the best solution we can work something out. Partial refunds may be given if services are canceled early, depending on the start date of services and the date of cancellation. Please see the contract for further details.

Please note: You have 60 days past the end of services rendered to express any dissatisfaction with services, and WordSwell Writing will mediate restitution or reimbursement. If this is not satisfactory, then further steps, such as arbitration will be taken upon the client's request.
